COMMISSIONS

• All drawings will be black and white on 11" x 17" two-ply Bristol board
• Head and upper body : $ 150 (Fully inked; no background)
• Full body : $ 200 (Fully inked; no background)
• Group shots (2 characters): $ 350.00 (Fully inked; no background)
• More than 2 Characters will be quoted upon request.
• Drawings including backgrounds will be higher priced and quoted upon request.
• Commission prices do not include minimum $30 shipping, handling and insurance (required) charge for shipment within the United States. Shipping, handling and insurance charges for international shipments and high value artwork to be quoted upon request.
• Prices for sketches, pencils, colors, washes, different sizes, media or other specifications will be quoted upon request. Please inquire with specific requests.
• For Sculpting commissions and fees please inquire.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Commissions to be fully paid in advance. PayPal is preferred; please inquire about other payment methods.
• Payments are non-refundable unless the work is canceled by the artist. Only the artist can cancel a commission order once full payment is received.
• All prices quoted and payments to be made are in U.S. dollars.
• Estimated artwork completion and delivery time is approximately 6-8 weeks from receipt of payment; however, it could be longer due to various factors including the artist's schedule, time of year, complexity of drawing and other considerations. The artist will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you about delayed deliveries, should they occur.
• Commission purchasers receive only the physical original copy of the artwork. No other rights are conveyed to the purchaser by this transaction, including but not limited to rights of reproduction.
• The artist retains all other rights in the artwork, including all design and copyright rights, and reserves the right to license or otherwise authorize publication of the artwork with no duty of accounting or further obligation to the commission purchaser.
• Any characters depicted in commissioned artwork are the property of their respective owners.
• Prices are in effect as of January 2010 and subject to change.
• Please add sales tax in California.
